By accessing PrimeLandMC ("the Network"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using all PrimeLandMC services. These Terms apply to all users regardless of rank, account type, or client mode (premium or cracked).
- ◆Players under 13 must have parental or guardian consent to participate.
- ◆Players under 18 who make purchases require parental authorization.
- ◆Misrepresenting your age to bypass restrictions may result in permanent account termination without refund.
- ◆You are responsible for all activity originating from your account, IP address, or device.
- ◆Account sharing is permitted, but you accept full responsibility for all shared access.
- ◆Cracked (offline-mode) accounts are fully supported. Username squatting or impersonating other players is prohibited.
- ◆Staff impersonation carries an immediate permanent ban with no appeal window.
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action up to and including a permanent ban:
- ◆Use of hacked clients or cheat modifications — kill aura, fly, speed, ESP, X-ray texture packs.
- ◆Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for personal gain.
- ◆Macros, auto-clickers, or AFK bots beyond permitted mechanics.
- ◆Item or currency duplication by any method.
- ◆Unauthorized destruction, theft, or modification of other players' builds or property.
- ◆Raiding protected areas using exploits or bypass methods.
- ◆Scamming other players in agreed trades.
- ◆Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or targeted bullying of any player or staff member.
- ◆Threats, doxxing, or sharing personal information without consent.
- ◆Spamming, advertising other servers, or mass messaging.
- ◆Inappropriate usernames or skins that are sexual, hateful, or offensive.
- ◆Selling, trading, or transferring in-game items, currency, or ranks for real money outside of the official PrimeLandMC store is prohibited.
- ◆Account selling is strictly prohibited.
PrimeLandMC operates on a season-based model. At each new season start:
- ◆All world data, inventories, economy balances, and leaderboards are reset.
- ◆Player progression — Slimefun research, Skyblock islands, Lifesteal lives — is reset.
- ◆Purchased cosmetic ranks and donor perks are retained across seasons unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- ◆Functional item grants (crate keys, in-game currency) from store purchases expire at season end unless marked permanent.
- ◆All purchases are processed by third-party payment providers.
- ◆Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- ◆PrimeLandMC is not responsible for pricing errors on third-party marketplaces.
- ◆All digital purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE once delivered to your account.
- ◆Refunds may be considered at PrimeLandMC's sole discretion in cases of documented technical delivery failure.
- ◆Chargebacks initiated without prior staff contact result in an immediate permanent ban.
- ◆Successful chargebacks do not reverse bans. Reinstatement requires full repayment of the charged-back amount.
- ◆Store purchases grant you a license to in-game perks on PrimeLandMC servers only.
- ◆You do not own any in-game items, currency, or ranks. These are virtual goods subject to modification.
- ◆PrimeLandMC reserves the right to adjust rank benefits, crate contents, and store offerings at any time.
- ◆PrimeLandMC's branding, logos, custom plugins, unique mechanics, and website content are the intellectual property of PrimeLandMC and its Founders.
- ◆Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios / Microsoft Corporation. PrimeLandMC is an unofficial server and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang.
- ◆Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of PrimeLandMC's original content without written permission from the Founders is prohibited.
- ◆Warnings, mutes, temporary bans, and permanent bans are applied at staff discretion based on severity and history.
- ◆Rule-breaking on alternative accounts while banned constitutes ban evasion and results in extended penalties.
- ◆Appeals may be submitted via the official PrimeLandMC Discord or at primelandmc.net/appeal.
- ◆False or abusive appeals may result in extended penalties.
- ◆PrimeLandMC reserves the right to deny appeals without detailed explanation.
- ◆PrimeLandMC does not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, updates, and outages may occur.
- ◆PrimeLandMC is not liable for losses incurred due to downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
- ◆The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
PrimeLandMC is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the service for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrimeLandMC and its Founders and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
PrimeLandMC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Network following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be announced via Discord and the website.
PrimeLandMC ("we", "us", "our"), owned and operated by Lakindu Lorensuhewa (Lakoshi Gaming) and Kisandu Isath Mindula (Mindula7), manages the Minecraft network at play.primelandmc.net and associated platforms including Discord and www.primelandmc.net.
- ◆IP address — used for connection routing, anti-cheat, and ban enforcement.
- ◆Username / UUID — Minecraft Java or Bedrock identifier.
- ◆Connection timestamps, session duration, and server region.
- ◆In-game behavior logs (chat messages, commands, inventory transactions) for moderation purposes.
- ◆Anti-cheat telemetry — movement data, click patterns, packet data.
- ◆Discord account data when you link Discord to your Minecraft account (username, Discord ID).
- ◆Payment information for store purchases — processed entirely by third-party providers. We do NOT receive or store card numbers or banking details.
- ◆Any information you share in chat, Discord, or support tickets.
- ◆Our website may use cookies for session management and analytics.
- ◆Third-party analytics tools may collect anonymized usage data.
- ◆To authenticate your identity and maintain your game session.
- ◆To enforce server rules, investigate violations, and apply moderation actions.
- ◆To deliver store purchases and donor perks to your account.
- ◆To sync chat and player data between Minecraft and Discord via our Discord bridge.
- ◆To generate leaderboards, season statistics, and voting records.
- ◆To detect cheating and unauthorized activity via anti-cheat systems.
- ◆To respond to support requests submitted via Discord or the website.
- ◆To send service announcements (season resets, maintenance, updates).
PrimeLandMC does not sell your personal data. Data is shared only in the following circumstances:
- ◆Payment Processors — Payment data is handled by our store provider. We receive only order confirmation and your username for rank delivery.
- ◆Discord — The bridge integration shares in-game usernames and chat. Discord's own Privacy Policy governs their data handling.
- ◆Anti-Cheat Providers — Behavioral telemetry may be shared with third-party anti-cheat services.
- ◆Legal Requirements — We may disclose data to law enforcement if required by applicable Sri Lankan law.
- ◆Ban-Sharing Networks — IP addresses and identifiers may be shared to protect the broader Minecraft community.
- ◆Active account data is retained for the current season plus one additional season for audit purposes.
- ◆Ban records, IP logs, and moderation logs are retained for up to 3 years.
- ◆Chat logs are retained for 90 days for moderation purposes.
- ◆Purchase records are retained for 7 years as required for financial compliance.
- ◆Following a seasonal reset, gameplay data (inventory, economy, progress) is purged. Donor status records are retained permanently.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures including restricted staff access to player logs and encrypted connections where applicable. No system is perfectly secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
PrimeLandMC is accessible to players of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 beyond what is technically necessary (IP address, username). If you believe a child under 13 has shared personal data with us, contact us via Discord and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- ◆Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- ◆Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data.
- ◆Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legitimate interests (e.g., maintaining ban records).
- ◆Restriction — Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
PrimeLandMC uses a Discord bridge that syncs in-game chat to Discord and vice versa. By using in-game chat, you acknowledge your messages may appear in our Discord server with your Minecraft username displayed alongside them.
PrimeLandMC supports offline-mode (cracked) clients. Cracked users are not authenticated by Mojang's servers. As a result:
- ◆We use IP address and session data as the primary identifier for cracked accounts.
- ◆We cannot verify the real-world identity of cracked account users.
- ◆Cracked account data is subject to the same retention and deletion policies as premium accounts.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via our Discord server and the website. Continued use of PrimeLandMC after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
